All content on this site—music, text, graphics, logos, etc.—is owned by Hovhaness-Fujihara Music Company, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Don’t copy, redistribute, or remix anything without explicit permission.
- Purchases & Rentals
- Sheet music is sold as downloadable digital goods. All sales are final.
- Symphonies are available for rental for a specified time period. Usage beyond that without renewal violates the agreement.
- Accounts are only required to facilitate purchases and rental access.
- Payments
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. By purchasing, you agree to their terms as well.
- User Conduct
You’re welcome to browse, shop, and appreciate the music—but don’t:
- Hack the site
- Use bots to scrape content
- Post spam or attempt fraud
Violations may get you banned and/or legally challenged. And no one wants that.
- Liability
We do our best to keep the site running smoothly, but we make no guarantees. Use the site at your own risk. We’re not liable for:
- Interruptions in service
- Bugs, errors, or typos
- You tripping over your cat while ordering music
- Changes to These Terms
